The number is simple on purpose. If work we performed fails within 12 months or 12,000 miles of the repair, bring the vehicle back — we inspect it, and if the fault is ours, we make it right.

What's covered — and what isn't
Covered
- The work we performed — parts and labor on the repair — for 12 months or 12,000 miles, whichever comes first
- Every job that leaves the shop, from an oil change to an engine
- Defects in our workmanship on the repair
Not covered
- Normal wear and routine maintenance items — filters, fluids, brake pads and other parts that wear by design
- Damage from accidents, abuse, neglect or missed maintenance after the repair
- Parts you supply yourself or ask us to reuse — we can install them, but we can't warranty them
- Pre-existing or unrelated problems, and work performed elsewhere
